    Does anybody else get them?

    Not today, but next Tuesday.

I tried to like them, because I am really into Brit bands; however, I cannot get them or their music. ???

Same here. I bought into the hype but to me the album sounds like any run-of-the-mill American guitar band.

I loved the first album. It took me a week or two to get into it, but once I did...it has lived on my iTunes. Going to see them in Pontiac, Michigan on their tour and I'm beyond psyched.

Not as good as Definitely Maybe, to be sure, but a great album to drive around to with the windows down.

Sounds like me. They're not my favorite band, but I'll probably be picking up the new CD soon enough.

Thanks to all the hype, I expected to have an orgasm while listening to the first one. Didn't happen.

I actually enjoy A.M. .. I was visiting Britain during the height of the mania, so it was kind of fun to watch it all play out.

They had too much hype, hype that no one could live up to. But for a young band that just sort of materialized out of Sheffield, I think they're pretty amazing. I hope they stick it out.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. After all I heard I thought they'd be great, instead I didn't like it at all. As far as current British rock bands I'll take Hot Hot Heat along with a host of others over them.
