Neti pot - anyone here tried it?

    I'm on cold #5 already since October and I'll try anything.

    Get a cheap plastic one and it's worth a shot.

    The trick is you have to not be any type of claustrophobic/anxious around water/panic fear of choking/etc. It's a strange process, and if you panic instead of relax you'll likely swallow water. If you're the type that can't stick your face under the showerhead, this is not for you.

    Yeah, I don't know that I could do that. Although, if I got desparate enough, I suppose I'd be game for anything.

    I have used one of these for a few years at the recommendation of my M.D. and they definitely work at clearing out your sinuses.
