    Writer/reporter, recently retired after 40 years in the newspaper business, is available for free-lance assignments in Southern California and adjacent areas. Expertise is in motor sports (30-plus years) and tennis, but have been a beat reporter at the professional, college and local levels. Proficient at both game stories and features.
