   I'm "between sizes" with my young Kidd like head and I've done the stretch and pull thing over the knee and it works.
   Of course it would help if the sizes were consistent. I can line up three 7 5/8s from the same maker. One will be too small, one too big, one just right.
   
   And bend the bill. You don't want to look like a dork or a wannabe.
