How are you with British stuff? The Bletchley Circle, Not Safe for Work, or just YouTube videos of the panel showsWould I Lie To You or Never Mind the Buzzcocks are hilarious.

How are you with gladiator movies? How are you with Turkish prison movies?

Seconding British quiz shows. Everything Killick listed is good.

    Also good:
"The Big Fat Quiz of..." (warning: NSFW language and Jimmy Carr's laugh might send you running for the safety exit.) The panels include people you either already like (or hate) or people you will come to like (or hate.)

    "The Vicar Of Dibley"
Mostly written by Richard Curtis, who also penned "Four Weddings and a Funeral," "Notting Hill," "Bridget Jones' Diary," and "Love, Actually."
I have a love/annoyed relationship with this series. The fat jokes are few and far between but they are offputting when they show up. Also, this was one of the biggest romantic misfires, ever. I still think Gerri should have ended up with someone else. One more thing, if you do watch this series, hang on through the credits for the joke at the end.
    Streaming on Netflix

The original Australian version of "The Slap"
It's soapy, dirty fun that will make you question why you care so much what happens. I have no idea where it's streaming. I saw it on Netflix a year before the American version came out.

I'm watching Frazier on Netflix and have found it thoroughly enjoyable. May try Cheers after I finish it.

The lack of love for "Terriers" by the TV powers that be bordered on sinful.

Huh. The premise of Terriers seems nothing special, but the show was critically praised.
