    I don't think it's necessarily a violation if it takes place in the off-season and is not associated with their status as athletes. The porn aspect, however, might get them kicked off the team for "moral" reasons.

    Good point. But if you look at the photos, they painted their nuts red and white. Taking advantage of their status as athlets, and a clear violation.
