Nebraska v. God - I thought they were on good terms

    As amusing as this is, aren't there more important things that the courts of Nebraska can work on? Why must tax payer money be wasted on this?

    Also, while the Senator may be correct that a lawsuit can be filed against anybody most of these lawsuits just get thrown out pretty damn quick. Often times the throwing out of the lawsuit isn't followed up on and reported as widely as the initial filing. I hope that this "case," when it is thrown out, does receive the attention that it deserves.
