Shit, the USF coach was having a royal kinnipschit on the sidelines, wasn't he?

Nasty string of stupid penalties. USF will need to stop doing that.

I'd still like an explanation of how you can discern intent on instant replay. There is no fucking way the replay crew could say in any concrete way that either USF player deliberately pitched the ball forward. Absolutely horseshit overrule.

There's no way that touchdown should have been taken off the board based on the video they had to look at. I don't give a fuck what Craig James and Doug Flutie think.

Live, I thought it was a clear forward pass.
On some replays, I saw what I thought was evidence supporting that.
On other replays, I changed my mind.

    Tough call, for sure.

Leavitt's a good coach but somewhat of a flaming ass.

Which is why you can't overturn it. There was not clear proof the original call was incorrect.

Basically what this group of replay officials are saying is that anytime a player tries to scoop up the ball and it is advanced forward it's an illegal forward pass.

Did Rutgers just fumble another punt? Flipped away and USF still has the ball.

Well, however USF kept it, it just got a field goal blocked.
