    A reporter I once worked with at my first stop got hired by this rich dude to kill him.Took him off an investigation about drugs at the beach for a while, but it turned out the two stories were connected.

    Did the dog die? That is my only rubric for movies anymore. The dog must live, even if it means he eats his owner to survive until the Red Cross comes. If there's not a dog, there has to be a cute alien baby.

    A friend of mine was a CSI Chief in Maryland.

    He was once called to the scene of where a poodle had eaten its deceased owner.

    And what’s worse, the head was in another room and the dog was rolling it around and humping it like a soccer ball.

    True story!
