NBC Sports moving to Connecticut

    I think YES also has studios there.

    What is interesting in a larger context is how much of a role tax incentives played. Evidently NBC got some. But would be cheaper to run one studio in the New York area rather than two. And I don't know if Versus is unionized. But Disney shut down ABC Sports in New York and moved to Bristol in large part to get out of union contracts. So are the tax breaks just iceing on the cake. That is of course the larger question anytime a government gives tax breaks.
