NBC, CBS non-HD cameras

    I know CBS has increased its HD cameras Sundays for NFL coverage, but why isn't every game on HD (most notably the Browns-Bengals this Sunday)? As for NBC, the on-course cameras on its golf coverage are not in HD. And even the WNBA is shown in standard definition?!?!

    With all the money these networks have, is there a reason all the NFL games or all the cameras on the golf coverage are not in HD?
