NBA Playoff Shares Question

Discussion in 'Sports and News' started by Evil Bastard (aka Chris_L), Jun 15, 2008.

  1. Poker player Phil Ivey before the series started bet $2 million on the Lakers.

My question is - is that more than what the winning team stands to win? I know that 5 years ago the Spurs split $1,543,000.

No, the champs will get more than $2 million. Last year the Spurs split a little over $2.5 mil for winning the title. The Cavs got over $1.9 million for losing in the Finals.
