NBA Finals question about newspaper coverage?

There was all this talk about how few out-of-town papers were covering the NHL Finals.

If anybody knows, I am curious to know how many out-of-town newspapers are covering the NBA Finals? Are some NBA city newspapers not covering the Finals? And how would this compare with five or six years ago?

I realize there are probably a lot more than the NHL, but I am curious is newspapers are cutting back here also.

    Any input is appreciated.

Yes, several major papers have cut NBA finals staffing.
Some have cut down to just one writer or columnist, and some have cut entirely and are relying on sister papers or, gasp, AP.
