I hear that Usa Today is looking for an NBA editor. With all the turnover there with their NBA folk, I bet that job could have a lot of influence over their coverage.

It wasn't just turnover, was it? I thought they cut a couple of their basketball guys. Are they replacing them?

What happened to Oscar Dixon (former NBA editor)? He wasn't listed as one of the guys who accepted a buyout. Anybody have any knowledge about that?

They didn't cut NBA writers. David DuPree and Roscoe Nance both took buyouts in December, but they replaced the writers in house with Jon Saraceno (former columnist) and Chris Colston (who was writing NFL). Oscar Dixon didn't take the buyout, but must be leaving.

Oscar took a position with AP. Not sure what or where.

    Maybe one of these positions?

Makes sense since the deputy SE at AP used to work at USAT.
