Kevin Durant's dad said two months ago his son might not enter the draft.
Maybe it'd be nice to quote somebody in these stories who's actually involved in the process.
    Just a thought.

    Which meant that he MIGHT.

    Oden's dad says WILL.

AP talked to Oden's father for its story late Friday night.

Not that I'm doubting Oden will go, but this is no more of a story than if I or Moddy or 21 said he was going.
When the mom or Greg or Conley Sr. says something, that's a story.

Mixing business and family just doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Conley should get a real agent if he's going to declare.

  8. If they don't sign with an agent, they could return to school.

Well, the NCAA may have to watch this, since Conley's dad is now certified as an agent. Even if the kids don't sign with him or any other agent, who's to say that he doesn't take on agent-like responsibilities, including fronting Oden some cash?

What? Ohio State be involved in something dirty?

Boy, that rule that makes HS grads wait a year to go to the NBA is great for colleges!
  12. I enjoy it when Bob Knight is right.
