Will it be the first time that a rookie wins a playoff game?

Not that it is pertinent to the thread, but the Bengals QB is from Houston and has already won three games at Reliant stadium.

The 1948 NYU Violets football team played games in five different major-league baseball stadiums: Yankee Stadium, the Polo Grounds, Ebbets Field, Griffith Stadium and Fenway Park.

Didn't he also triple in his second at-bat, and then never hit another triple?

Nah, that has to be a lengthy list. Just in the past few years we have had Flacco, Roethlisberger and Sanchez.

We figured Rothlisberger. I really didn't think the list would be that long, though.

Let's turn it into a trivia question, because the list isn't all that long after all: Aside from the aforementioned Sanchez, Roethlisberger and Flacco, only one other rookie quarterback has won a playoff game since the merger in 1970. Who is it?

    No. Lost to Seattle.

From Ken Jennings' blog: What’s the only common English word that becomes a U.S. state when you remove its first letter and its last letter?
