Of course not. But don't be such a bore. Just pretend it's true so we can have fun.

  2. True, but his wife has cancer. Have you seen them on the campaign trail? I have. She's more beloved than him.

He's either going to have to drop out of the race or become a Republican.

It'll be interesting to see how primary season goes once other candidates begin to drop. Some polling indicates that Edwards is the leading no. 2 choice for most Dems after their preferred candidate.
There was an interesting article about how the primaries are like American Idol in that you don't need to be everybody's favorite to win, you just need to be acceptable to the largest number of voters.

So should Edwards go beatbox, then?

That's a wide swath you're cutting there, laddy. I'll bet you're a sack of hell when they turn you loose on the fescue.

But you seem to be seriously accepting the premise that Edwards is a prospective Dad. You're not just doing a what-if here, right?

In which case, I make my once in a blue moon statement again: I'm with Fenian.

  6. My tongue was in my cheek as I typed that, yes, especially the last line. I have no knowledge that the allegations are true. If they were, I think the cancer angle would play a large part in his character.

I will also vouch that Elizabeth was much more in demand than Mr. Hairdo.

    Oh, and fescue, too. :p

If ifs and buts were candy and nuts
We'd all have a giant cliche to chew on.

I don't believe in the blue font either, so I hear you, my brotha.

And believe me, fescue farms easier than soybeans.

When I first read the thread title, I was afraid it was Herm Edwards.

  9. You know better.
No way Herm scores in an important moment.

Wow. If this was about Giuliani, this thread would be 293 pages long by now.

Tell me, what's Edwards' stance on abortion this week?
