NASCAR is racist?

Hard to believe, but a woman is filing a racial and sexual discrimination suit and leveling multiple, very specific charges. It goes all the way up to the head of the Nationwide Series.

I want to see see how the protective NASCAR media handle -- or don't handle -- this one. If NASCAR doesn't have a paper trail proving the ineptitude of this particularly employee, aren't they in some serious trouble?

As are all lawsuit numbers. If what that woman said is true, though, I hope NASCAR does have to pay through the nose because there were some terrible (alleged) comments in that AP story.

 

I noticed they filed in NYC, where NASCAR has a business office, rather than Daytona. Perhaps a more favorable jury poolin the Big Apple.

Well, NASCAR has been trying to establish a presence in New York.
I just don't think this is what they had in mind.

NASCAR fans? A few of them, certainly. Take a spin through the campground sometime and count how many Aryan flags you see flying.

(And before someone tries to point out the irony, the flag I fly is the postwar German flag.)
