    The well-funded teams have enough money and know-how to toy with the gray areas.

    Carl Long and his redneck brigade probably didn't even realize their engine was too big.

    The other thing I find wrong is how Long is being suspended for 12 races. Yet other drivers, who delibrately cause crashes, which can cause serious injury or death, receive much lighter punishments.

    Suspend the guy for a race or two, dock him 50 points and fine him $20 grand. What is .17 of a cubic inch anyways? An extra bolt?
