    Nope, but I know a lot of people who did.
    The man who directed Monday Night Football for years was on retainer by the family for at least 5 years to plan TV coverage of his funeral.

    I can see MarkVid's point.

    Every POTUS has to leave their own explicit funeral instructions on file before they leave office. Hence, the orchestration.

    Well, there is one thing when you orchestrate something like making sure the pallbearers are Navy, etc, but when you position a TV camera because, well, you just might do something dramatic at the casket, that's beyond vain.
