    Dallas Morning News broke the story of the American Airlines-US Air merger in rather casual fashion on its Aviation blog.

    Where I've worked, blogs hold the same standard for reporting actual news as stories.

    But the Dallas Morning News didn't break shit on this story. That post started by citing a Wall Street Journal report.
