You know ... the song that keeps running through your head, and you can't get it out. ALL day.

For the past two days, mine has been -- God help me -- "Big Buckin' Chicken."

I want to stick needles in my brain. Someone. Please. Help.

This is actually worse than Ellen DeGeneres' personal soundtrack, which she says comes in just as she's about to fall asleep at night.

"By ... Mennen. By ... Mennen. By ... Mennen."

I get knocked down, then I get up again, and you're never going to keep me down.

Sing "Guantanamera" to the words "One ton banana". Don't know why but it works.

    "One ton banana
    I wanna one ton banana
    One ton banana
    I wanna one ton banana"

That fucking Don Johnson song "Heartbeat" that came up on another thread is coursing through my head right now, while I'm trying to write something important. Make it stop!!

Not a song that will get stuck in your head like the others, but Mary J has a new version of "One" out with U2. It's excellent.

How about "She's like the wind, through my trees. She leads me through moonlight, only to burn me with the sun ..."

In every life you have some trouble, but if you worry you make it double. Don't worry. Be Happy.

Don't worry, be happy now ...
