    Made an offer on a condo today. It will be my first owned home. Not bad for 42 years old. The realtor I'm working with couldn't believe I wasn't nervous or anything as she was typing up the offer. Figure I'll start getting nervous if the offer gets accepted and we move toward closing.

    Really like the property and hope it works out. Wish me luck!

    Congrats and don't be worried that your not worried. At some point, you will see the total you will spend on this house including interest. At that point, you will worry.


    But it'll be fine...I have bought two houses, got scared out of my pants both times, but still have a roof over my head.
