My offer on my first house just got accepted...

    Had my house built in 1996. 10 more months of mortgage payments, and then (knock on wood) I'll be 100 percent debt free.

    So so so excited for you! Everyone gets buyers' remorse, it's a rite of passage. But such an amazing feeling to walk into a place and know it's YOURS.

    See what the inspection turns up, exercise the 15-day due diligence if you have to, but otherwise, just enjoy your new place. You earned it.
