I would never shop at Food Lion (no offense).

    It's something called Big Y.

It's the closest grocery store to our house. Every time I go there, I swear I'm never going back. And yet I wind up there, time and again.

Food Lion is 10 steps up from Aldi, which I don't think carries any brand names.

I do either Big Y World Class Market (uh, yeah, whatever) or Stop N' Shop.

    I'm the Jared of McDonald's.
About two years ago I went on a diet, ate at McDonald's pretty much every day but stuck with the grilled chicken salads and sandwiches and lost 30 pounds in three months.
Then I went off the diet, continued to eat at McDonald's and, well, you can probably guess the end result. Gained it all back.
    Oh well.
Also, McDonald's french fries hot and seconds out the fryer = manna from heaven.
The same fries 10 minutes later? inedible sticks of cardboard.

There's a $10,000,000 payoff if you can get the AMA to endorse that diet.
