My 10 year sj.com anniversary - TODAY

i had no idea until now that i turned 7 in SportsJournalists.com years last sunday. :-[

no jokes or one-liners coming from me to mark the occasion. sure never saw it coming when i signed up for this place as a 48-year-old geezer but this place has seen me through a lot of shit in these 7 years. and some of the posts here helped me maintain my sanity and to declare proudly that i am now a 55-year-old geezer.

no regrets. not even when i was slapped around a bit early on 'til i came to understand what private info was in bounds or outta bounds. glad i stuck around to 'meet' some very fine people.
