Must-not-see TV: NBC to debut sitcom on outsourcing American jobs

    You're right on. And I believe the lineup also included M*A*S*H.

    The outsourcing thing makes me think the next idea NBC comes up with will be a show about the automated messages you have to go through on the phone instead of getting a real person. Hilarious! It could be titled "Press 1 for English"

    Lost did in its later seasons, after starting in the fall and having six-week or longer breaks in the middle infuriated just about everyone.

    With the more or less year-round TV schedule now, where reruns are few and far between, debuting in February doesn't have the stigma it once did. You debut in February and then run almost all first-run episodes until the finale in May.
    Hell, Lost was a "midseason replacement" the last two seasons it was on.
