(Not sure if this is a D_B, but I am not reading 93 pages of posts. . . ignore if it is here already)

Somebody shared a link to the Kennedy Centers Honors show from last December, at which Ann and Nancy Wilson from Heart (along with a choir) sang "Stairway To Heaven" as a tribute to the three remaining members of Led Zeppelin, who were present.

Awesome performance. The reaction from John Paul Jones, Robert Plant and Jimmy Page is priceless.

Mumford & Sons have postponed several shows (including tonight's in Dallas) after bassist Ted Dwane had to undergo emergency brain surgery for a blood clot. They're supposed to headline Bonnaroo on Saturday.

His wife (Amanda Shires) is a talented artist as well and has a new album coming out later this year and the lead single is up on the Wall Street Journal website (and other places I'm sure).

Just heard an Arcade Fire buzz single release will happen on Sept. 9.

No drop date on the new album, yet.

UPDATE: New album drops Oct. 29 in North America.

The new Civil Wars album is streaming for free on iTunes. I'm halfway through it and really like it. They have such beautiful harmonies.

This has been a great year of new music that fits my tastes, and it's only going to get better as I look at upcoming releases.
