Christ.... 25 of these assholes were accepting autographs from Clemens.... Those guys need to be fucking removed from the proceeding.

Also, love the way Clemens licks his lips when nervous as all hell....just like Jimmy Johnson used to do. Must be a Texas thing.

Roger Cossack all but called today's hearing a joke, noting that it was ridiculous that Pettitte isn't D.C. and facing Rahjah while telling the committee what his buddy allegedly did.

Waxman: We didn't WANT to have these hearings, but we HAVE to, since Mr Clemens has challenged the Mitchell Report.

Also, Mr Pettitte and Mr Knoblauch have cooperated, and we commend them for 'telling the truth' and for 'consistent honesty.'

Just asking: If the statements by Pettitte and Knoblauch are based on truth and consistent honesty, why bother having Clemens here at all? Waxman basically just called him a liar.
