I'm going to be honest with you. That smells like pure gasoline.

to add to this threadjack, "anchorman" is intriguing to me. i hardly laughed at all upon first seeing it. thought, "wtf?" but upon seeing it several times since, it just gets funnier and funnier. anyone else agree about the first viewing? "wedding crashers" was much the same for me. disappointing at first, but funnier thereafter. comedies like these -- "harold and kumar," "dodgeball" -- usually get me from the get-go.

    is it just me? ??? ??? ???

No. I also didn't laugh a whole lot the first time. I think the only "out loud" laugh the first time was at the Tits McGee line. But it's now one of my favorite comedies.

First movie I ever felt that way about was "Dumb and Dumber." First time? Laughed a lot, but didn't 'preciate, ya know? Now, to me, it's a classic.

The first thing I'd do is take Dorothy Mantooth out for a nice seafood dinner and never call her again.
