A guy I know from high school felt the butt-cheek of another man while in a Target store in the Seattle area. He's now in prison serving a one-year sentence.

  8. OK, this requires what you call your "elaboration."

My fellow Arlen (Texas) High School alumnus was a first-time offender...nothing but a speeding ticket or two on his record. He was charged with "indecent liberties," a felony. The Target had video of him brushing past a male customer and getting a palmful of ass as he walked by. Dude hired an expenive attorney and plea-bargained down to one year. Attorney warned him that if he went to trial with it, he could have gotten 3-4 years.

The victim was an adult, BTW.
