Sherm was awesome but we shouldn't forget that he was not the original George Jefferson.

A sad day, as I grew up watching that show. However, the image you described just made me laugh out loud. Very funny stuff.

 

Ole George is gonna tear into Franklin Cover and Roxie Roker when he gets to heaven.

About 10 years ago, Hemsley and Pat Morita were performing The Odd Couple at a theater about two towns over from where I live. I never got around to seeing it, but I always wish I had, especially now that they're both gone.

 

Family is different than hobbies, etc.
