I watched two movies last night.
With Halloween coming, we've decided to beef up on the horror/slasher movies, so we got 'High Tension.' It came out a few years ago, and I had heard it was pretty good.
Hated it, bad twist ruined a movie I was really enjoying up to that point.
We also got 'The Proposition,' an Australian Western that was recently released on DVD. It got good reviews, but I thought it dragged. I'm sure it was better on a big scree; there were a lot of lingering landscape shots. However, it was really slow. Disappointing.

I liked it, but the shaky handheld camera work made me really nauseous, and I almost threw up in the parking lot. Ryan Gosling was great, as was the girl who played Drey.
