Went to the theater last weekend and damn it seems like they give away the whole movie these days in the trailers. Are people that stupid that they need to give away the movie in order to draw the crowds? Anyone have any explanation for this?

I thought trailers were supposed to draw you in, not give it away. My personal favorite was the trailer for Alien where they just showed a planet in space with a voiceover (I believe) "in space no one can hear you scream."

3 minute trailer for a 120 minute movie.

Not sure that qualifies as giving it all away.

It does for the craptastic ones where that those three minutes are the best parts of the movie.

Depends on which three minutes YOU think are the best, I suppose.

    Brought up on another thread...

Unless they have him win the Cy Young with the Phillies, I don't know what they left out.
