    i have a friend who told me that while howard was screwing braun out of the brewers gig, at the same time he was getting a company-wide award for 2007 ... a piece in the company handout noted how howard boosted baseball coverage, including the launching of a popular interactive blog.

    the person also said braun and haudricourt were the guys doing it, but howard took the credit. braun got screwed and haudricourt got nothing.

    does this sound about right?
