It's F'n cold in Seattle. The weather people (how hard is it to be a weather person in Seattle, you can say rain 195 days of the year and be accurate) said this is supposed to be the coldest week in I think 18 years.

I'm so glad I live in the South. I like to see a little bit of snow each year, but not temps below 0 in December.

We're under a winter storm warning in Indiana -- they're saying up to 3/4-inch of ice.

Which is, to quote Bernie Mac, a "sumamabitch."

Also, it's currently 61 degrees in St. Louis, and 9 -- NINE! -- in Kansas City.

That, my friends, is a cold front.

Yeah, I hear Jack Frost was pretty pissed about it and slashed Father Time's tires.

I spent much off last week in Florida, where it was 78 or better all but one day. I get off the plane at home in shorts and a T-shirt and it's 19 freaking degreess.

That's quite an understandable, retaliatory response.

I read that when the Chiefs game started today in KC, it was 60 and by the time it was over, it was around 20. HELLO cold front and welcome to Kansas!
