Have been told by Facebook friends that it went more or less down 15th Street, which is five blocks south of Bryant-Denny. Paul W. Bryant Drive, which borders the stadium to the south, is the former 10th Street.

P.S. --- I lived on 9th Street in Tuscaloosa as recently as two years ago, so this went basically right through my old neighborhood.

From what I could discern of the track, probably a few blocks south of Bryant-Denny.

Tornado now headed towards downtown Birmingham. Per tweet from Fox affiliate, retained winds of 204 mph.

There are tweets out there that several dorms were damaged.

Bryant-Denny may be OK, but this could finish Legion Field for good.

They might be able to pass it off as renovations.

My God, this thing is hitting every depressed neighborhood in Bham. As though people there haven't had shitty enough lives.

TV reporter on scene at busiest intersection in Tuscaloosa describes multiple commercial buildings as "missing."

Is that 15th and McFarland? They just built a huge new shopping center with a Longhorn, a Five Guys and a Barnes & Noble there 3-4 years ago.

Yep, that's Midtown Village. Facebook friend said it was gone, but no confirmation. Taco Casa, Krispy Kreme, CVS, Mattress King, and the entire Big Lots center are confirmed goners. University Mall got "clipped."
