    An article in the LA Times this weekend told of how easy it is to get settlements on ridiculous class action cases in California, including a mother who sued Nutella for not being healthy and a case against Breyers and Ben & Jerry's ice creams for claiming their products are "all natural" although they contain synthetic alkalized cocoa powder.

    I guess I don't see it as meaningless. This is one of those entertainment centers attached to a theatre and there are several games that are straight up games of chance. I don't believe that they should be aiming gaming at kids.
