More taser idiocy...this time in Vancouver

It's bad enough that the Mounties killed a poor guy with a taser in the Vancouver airport a while back but this is unbelievable.

Now we have Vancouver transit police,(armed for some inexplicable reason) tasering people who try and avoid paying fares.

Somebody has been smoking too much of that fine British Columbia dope.

Cops is a pretty apt metaphor for life in our times ...

 

Avoiding fares is a gateway crime.

 

You deserve a good tasing for that one, bro.

 

Does Vancouver's airport still make you pay a $10 ransom to get on an airplane?

 

Fare-dodging is bad, mmmmkay?
