Tenured high school teacher is engaged in a custoday battle with her ex-husband.

Girlfriend of said ex-husband calls school district to inform them that the teacher once worked as a stripper. Teacher says call was made in order to influence custody battle.

School puts teacher on leave then allegedly attempts to coerce her into quitting.

    Teacher refuses.

Teacher's evaluations suddenly become negative, school district no longer allows her to use district equipment she needs to effectively do her job.

When performance suffers, they fire her.

    Let the lawsuit begin.

Your timeline is a bit flawed. Perhaps you have a disability that affects timeline skills? :D

So the school district put her on leave, brought her off leave, gave her positive performance reviews and then tenured her ... and then, two years later, decided to maneuver her into a position in which she couldn't do her job so that it could then fire her, like it had wanted to do all along.

Or maybe she's a blithering dingbat with a trainwreck of a personal life that finally spilled over, irreparably, into her working life.

I didn't read the whole story but the point is, if you're a stripper, even for a week or a month, you're a stripper for your whole life.
Not fair, but that's the way it is. A lesson to teach our daughters.
