NWS said that second crest of Red River in Fargo could be higher than the one that happened Saturday.

Fargo's mayor said he doesn't think the new forecast is accurate.

The town is doomed. It's part of the mayor's job not to panic the public from his 10th story office.

Everything will be OK. There are enough white people in Fargo for the government to want to prevent a disaster. [\Kanye West]

The NWS also predicted the river would crest 2 feet higher than it did this time. I can understand the mayor's skepticism.
