    Mine wasn’t contacts but it was social media. When I gave notice at my previous station six months ago, they let me go the next day. Also killed my work Facebook “fan page” with 34k followers that I had built up over 13 years. Certainly their right but, by doing so, they also killed a lot of the content that brought goodwill to the station as well — positive stories, pictures and posts. Weather coverage. Their entire drone library. All because they had to press the nuclear button.

    TV station execs are such petty assholes. I don't miss my time at the one I worked at.
