    That is refreshing to see and hear in this day and age. And I concur with others, hopefully they let you replace his position, or another if you do some reshuffling within the staff.

    Brian McNally, late of the Washington Examiner. 2012 DC sports writer of the year. Starts Monday. Hate to lose Rich, though I understand. This is a great opportunity for him and, as noted, it was handled above board and professionally. Thrilled to be able to get a guy like Brian and get him quickly.
