Moonies selling Washington Times

    Ever since the Wash Times cut out their sports section, I have missed reading Dan Daly and Thom Loverro. If someone were to buy the paper, my wish would be for them to re-establish the sports Page and to hire both Daly and Loverro back where they belong.

    Too bad I don't have a fairy godmother to wave her wand and make it so...

    DC does have an Examiner paper run by Anschultz (or however you spell it) too. It actually does a pretty good job, and routinely has some Metro stories the Post doesn't. Its sports is a non-factor. But it has made some headway.

    At one time, I would've felt the same way. When the Star closed back in 1981, my feelings changed.
