Yeah, that crack publicity department at Milton College did him no favors.

You mean "Tiny Milton College." Never "Small Milton College."

If you get a six on the Wonderlic, teams will wonder if you're dumb.

If you had a history of stealing from other students, and were sold by your father to the highest bidder teams have a right to question your character.

I have no idea your point, Mizzou.

I was asking Mark2010 a question about what he posted, independent of Cam Newton. Which was:

    That strikes me as strange.

It strikes me as racist, or at least very accepting of racism.

I feel like this has been pointed out many times on this site, but Mark has proved himself to be racist quite often.

There is that, but I figured there might be an explanation, too.

Well, then, score one agains the "It's 2011, not 1970" crowd, I reckon.

Given the time frame we're talking, do I think certain NFL teams might have passed him by because he was black? Yes.

Was he the worst NFL QB during his time in the league? Far from it.

    Was he fatally-flawed? Damn-tootin.

Is he being an hysterical syncophant in defense of Newton? You betcha.

There is no question NFL teams passed on Moon because he was black. None.

He certainly did quite well for himself for a fatally-flawed quarterback.

Is the connection to Newton part of it? Probably. But his own history probably is an issue here as well.
