    Bedpan duty, baby.

    Bedpan.

    Duty.

I'm less offended with her invoking a fake death in Iraq for Hannah Montana tickets than I am for her discarding the traditional way to get the unattainable.

    Blow someone.

If she had just gone to Hannah Montana Ticketland, grabbed the first influential male in the joint, and slipped her tongue around his trouser mouse so he could slip her some ducats, no one gets hurt. There's a reason they call them blow jobs.

We value none of our traditions in this country anymore.

George W. Bush got his Hannah Montana tix, too.

Am I the only one disturbed by this post coming right after Bubbler's suggestion regarding giving a blow job in exchange for tickets?

I don't really see the problem. It says to write an essay. Did it say it has to be true?

You know, if Larry David did this on Curb I would likely laugh my ass off. Maybe that's part of the problem.

On an unrelated, related note: my mother relayed a story to me over the holidays. I don't have a lot of the details, but seems that a girl died tragically: I think either a car accident or she was on a bike and hit by a car, something like that. Her parents had gotten her tickets to an upcoming Hannah Montana show. Rather than sell the tickets or give them to someone else, they decided to put the tickets in her casket and bury them with her.

  12. That is sad in so many ways.

I'm never letting my daughter watch this show. It's like cocaine.
