She's 16 and looks older than Sarah Hyland, who is 23.

I disagree. I think she looks her age. It can be a little misleading if we're judging her based on how she looks on the red carpet at the Emmys or Golden Globes... I saw her interviewed on the Disney Channel recently and she looked like a normal teenager.

Hyland looks like a college student.

Speaking of Hyland and her character, I do like how they've developed her this season. The episode that really brought that home was the one where no one even knew she had a photo show and it turns out she's quite a photographer.

She's not the shallow wading pool we'd been led to believe all these years.

Thought the same thing. And I felt guilty about it. :)

You can buy the Dunphys' house for a measly $2.35 million! Price may be offset by residuals from every new appearance of the exterior on the show.

It's a prime (time) piece of real estate, as Phil might say. Contact listing agent Gil Thorpe for details.

I drive by that house every day leaving work (a quarter mile away). Gorgeous area but no good public schools for high schoolers.

It amazes me that a $2.35 million house has this kind of backyard, regardless of the location.
