As of right now, Slappy, the Dodgers will be on the golf course next week.

Fuck, I could bat .350 against the weak-ass Cardinals relievers. And buckdub could hit .700.
Fuck St. Louis. I hope the Cards don't even make the playoffs, the weak-swinging fucks. Fuck.

Now that the matchups are set, let's see what everyone's predictions are.

    ALDS
    Tigers vs. Yankees
    Athletics vs. Twins

    NLDS
    Dodgers vs. Mets
    Cardinals vs. Padres

I'm taking the Yankees in four, the Twins in five, the Dodgers in five and the Padres in four.
The Yankees will win the ALCS in six, the Dodgers will win the NLCS in six and the Yankees will win the World Series in five.

If Penny and Garciaparra are out, Dodgers, as much as I will be rooting for them, could be in trouble.

I didn't realize Penny was hurt, but you are right they are in trouble if he is. Though with the Mets pitching I am not sure, it could be a very offensive-minded series.

I really can't believe how weak the NL is this year. Not one of those teams has a chance no matter who makes the series for the AL.

Yankees vs. Tigers = Yankees in 3 (Tigers finished terribly and Yankees are just better anyway)
Twins vs. A's = Twins in 5 (Chokeland always goes to the brink before choking)

Mets vs. Dodgers = Mets in 4 (Even w/o Pedro, Mets are still the class of a very weak NL)
Padres vs. Cardinals = Padres in 4 (See Yankees vs. Tigers)

Yankees vs. Twins = Yankees in 7 (Twins can pitch, but Yankees' depth will win out)
Mets vs. Padres = Mets in 7 (Hoffman will blow a game and this will make the difference)

Yankees vs. Mets = Yankees in 6
