MLB Playoffs

Maybe. For this night, at least, I'm a defeated man.

 

That's why it's not a good idea to hate on a team. Lots of wasted energy.

 

I don't hate teams. I root against them when mine are already on the links.

 

Man, it's a risky thing to get your spouse's name tattoed on you. But if things go wrong in that relationship, there's no way to cover that up. Ever.

 

Bullshit. You hate the Cardinals and wouldn't spit on Edmonds or La Russa if either one was on fire, and you know it.

 

I feel for ya man. I was working on a high school football page myself at that time, and the power went out at our paper (and all over our city) for almost 2 hours. We barely were able to get a paper out before the pressmen and delivery drivers' hours ran out.

 

And all is right with the world.

 

Well, I do feel better today. I mean, KU did win and Mizzou did lose.

 

Glad the baseball season -- at least on the field -- is over. Hot Stove League, however, is now on the clock.
