Yeah but we're talking about one Ranger, and like eight Yankees.

I never said Mussina was an All-Star. But he's much more than a fringe candidate. And I'd bet he makes the team, one way or the other, to make sure there's a Yankees starter at the Stadium.

Isn't 'much more than a fringe candidate' an actual member of the team? Moose has been slightly above average this season and not deserving to make it on solely based on a high win total...but as you mentioned, he'll probably sneak on because of the game being played at Yankee Stadium. I'd imagine they'd want a few extra Yankees for this big event.

Add Justin Duchscherer (8-4, 1.99 ERA, 0.97 WHIP) to that list.

Just send the Red Sox starting nine and be done with it.

    Yes.

Getting picked to play in the All-Star Game, even if you pull out for any reason, also gets you the All-Star Game bonus in your contract.

As it should. Sometimes the injury replacements are better than the players who are voted in anyway.

    You're fucking crazy.

There's no way Wright gets it over Pedro Feliz.

Glad you gave Hundley his due. It's about time.

There's a Cub on that list. They're having a good season, so Hundley gets the nod. I'm fair that way.
